PT1709 has oil and exhaust gases in the coolant. It needs the DPF/DOC replaced. The frame and axles are very rusty. Front bumper is bent and cracked. HVAC box has several broken doors and has damage to the box. Hood is broken, grill shell and mesh is broken. The hood tilt ass. is bent and wore out and need replaced. Needs both the hood mirrors replaced. Front gear housing is leaking and needs resealed. All the turbo coolant and oil lines are rusted bad and replaced. 988617 Miles
